cossy diff and gearbox into xr4x4

alright guys, im new to the ford stuff so ive got a quick question.

im looking at going 4x4 on a project of mine (its an astra sorry

) but going to use cossy 4x4 because its miles better than the vaux system.

the question is, im planning to use the floor of an xr4x4 sierra so i dont have to cut up a nice sapphire. so will a cossy rear diff and mt75 box be a strait swap into an xr4x4 or not?

also how much power do you recon the xr4x4 transmition can handle without going to cossy stuff?
