Angry overheating

Hi guys just about had it with the car now after all the rebuild i am having over heating issues now. I have flushed the heater matrix, rad, all the hoses checked none are blocked ,removed the thermostat but still have the problem the rad doesn't get hot at all so am thinking it has a circulation problem but it has all so had a new water pump but still no luck any one got an ideas as what it could be.
THANKS

could be a blocked rad. try putting a hose in the hole an see if it flushes through. mine was totaly blocked up. looked like somebody had nipped the pipes together with plier's before putting the tank's on...
