Thumbs up not holding boost

hi
my engine is only boosting up to 10 psi (was 21 no probs) stage 2 chip with greens ,3 bar map,071 plugs, grp a coil , etc , when it happened it felt like it had popped a hose of the intercooler as that happened last year , all since replaced with new , but i have checked all of the hose conections and are all intact , no splits found ,all clamps on tight , so after some pointers on what to check next , is there anyway of testing the actuator ? or should i be looking else where
cheers

maybe dodgy amal valve. switch ignition on to the "reds" then go under the bonnet and take plug off the valve and re fit it, it should it click as it activates. Worth a go.

Could be plugs breaking down(being blown out) under boost as well.

Could the actuator be going off song? Just a thought but mine couldn't cope and had to replace it when the car was first set up.

After the recent spate of DUFF 071 plugs, I would try some different ones, like Iridium plugs, they run so much better on these anyway.

update time
i have since found that the viper airfilter im using had been fitted the wrong way round and sucked inside out and blocked the air intake pipe , now im guessing this was my original problem , have now sorted it out , but still only boosts to 10 psi , so im guessin i may have damaged somethin else as i drove it back from a trackday like this for 80 miles ?? ive tried 2 sets of other plugs / my spare amal valve and have just fitted a new actuator still no joy , car drives smooth and picks up fine no smoke nothing boost flys up to 10 then no further , so feel free to suggest anything ive not done yet and i ll give that a go
cheers

air leak somewhere?

have stipped down all boost pipes and intercooler and checked for any visible splits etc nothing found , all hose s less than 6 months old and using the proper hose clamps, how can i check for airleaks with it all piped up ?

dump valve diaphragm split ?

not sure how to check this one , its a bailey dv36 , i did try with the original cossy one and it was exactly the same , but if there is a way to test it i ll do that or take it apart ?

What guage are you using to read the boost m8 ? Does it feel slower ?

using a tim 2 bar gauge and have tried a spare psi gauge i have and both read the same 0.7 bar and 10 psi ,and it s defo slower still quick but no where near what it was
cheers

check the inlet manifold; quite common for air leaks there; especially if you are using things like dump valves and boost gauges. Also check the throttle body as i have heard of these becoming loose and air leaking

maybe light at the end of the tunnel ! had it all in bit s again checkin through everything inlet manifold tight, throttle body tight etc , when checking throttle body i noticed that one of the little black hose connectors on the side of the inlet manifold looked like it had been screwed in on the piss and cross threaded , so i have taken it of ( came out very easy) and the thread is all chewed so have fitted a spare one i had from my box of spares , and sealed with thread lock , and have done the same with the other 2 , as they did nt seem that tight , so i ll have it back together tommoz for a test , so could this have been my problem all along ?

well still no joy all back together and re tested , still the same , allso fitted a new amal valve from burtons ,made no differance , tried with air intake hose disconnected , still the same , so all i can think of doing is getting boost hose s pressure tested along with intercooler and taking off inlet manifold and fitting new gaskets ? unless ive missed owt else ?

Just try a blanking plug for the dump valve and the dump valve vac pipe don't replace with a standard valve . Had a problem with a bailey dump valve last year the piston was sticking open on boost !
