Default Head Gasket thicknes and retorque head bolts

hi,


I'm going to change the head gasket on my Sierra 4x4 Cosworth, because of wather leak on the ex manifold side, and my question is can I use the metal SPESSO Racing headgasket, i thing she is multilayer, and wich size will be correkt the 1,4mm or 1,6mm, i must order on monday please help.

My other question is must I retorque the STD Ford head bolts, after stage 3 , and should I start the engine run it warm and after this retorque the bolts , I want to due this in the right way please help.
