you gotta remember Greens & Greys are an old design now probs well over 15-20 yrs old
the siemens are modern better spray pattern and good for 450bhp
I'm getting a 32psi spike and 28-29psi held and the car is so different from the the others i've driven with Greens in
I've now got a minimum 380bhp car that goes ver very well and i've gotta the piece of mind i'm not pushing my injectors to the limit

If it is bad that the injectors area 15-20 year old design that must mean the cossie engine is also crap!!
The injectors are MUCH older than that, but still do the job perfectly.
My car on greens goes all the way to 7300rpm in each gear too , does 34mpg sitting on motorway, around 28 little runs.
As for pushing the limits of the injectors, you just go up a size.
I only have at the moment 330bhp, (330lbft,from2200rpm all the way to 6500rpm) but at 1.4 BAR.
As the siemens seem a newer design they should be better, oh I DON'T have closed loop on mine.

Im with silky on this one
in one hand i have a 20 year old injector with old technology.
In the other i have a modern day injector without a major difference in price.
You would be to choose greens over siemens injectors
Its only my personal opinion.
and when you say the cosworth engine must be rubbish aswell. Since the cosworth engine was built there have been many modifications to enable it to cope with more power and to make it stronger in one way or another . You cant modify a Green injector, If you could i would be going for 8 Modified spray pattern and impendance green injectors in my car.
Sorry but i have witnessed a lot of different arguments on the forums fueled by one person in paticular and have not interviened but i feel quite strongly about this one so i have.

The point missed here by some dummies was that just because a design is old does not mean inferior, and the bit about cossie engines was called sarcasm.
Cosworth did such a wondefully good job that the engines were having head gaskets changed when undergoing NCH test at southamton uni on std power, NOT raised power levels.
The main changes as ever was due to a shit design of cooling system, the reason it changed on subsequent versions, nothing to do with power at all, the changes were what they should have done to start with.

Couldent agree more mate
Other than the bit where you say cossies are shit
it is like an endless pit of money... im on my 4th one now and ive mainly always had fords.
Problem is once you start you never seem to stop, its the whole competition side i suppose i think everyone just wants the best they can afford and different people will always have different views.
no need to argue about it
