Default Viscous Coupling in transmission

Is this a serviceable item, I think I read on here that a guy was reconditioning them and reselling them It was some guy you all knew as no one liked him as he had screwed a few people. Anyway can I get it rebuilt or adjusted?

i think bernie is able to pump them up a bit but i'm not sure how he does it as it's a sealed unit

cts transmission just around the luton area if you are trying to google it
