Looks like the type I had - was really pleased with it until I tried to fit some engine mounts

i tested it in my second engine out of car with engine mount and looks like fit ok.

They may have changed it now then mate - I had two sent to me and neither worked - then discovered others had the same problem. We had a good chat and the suppliers were very decent - have just pm'd you a bit more info
