did mine recently not too bad but you could do with two people as when you drop the driveshaft away from hub and try and fit spring always gets in the way plus you might need a bit a leverage but quite straightforward hope all goes well mate

EASY, 1 man job if you use a long flat bar and GREASE it, you can slide the new spring in on this, that I s how I have done mine single handed.

Easy job

jack the car up using the diff and a block of timber
then support the car on the rear beam to chassis mounting points on both sides of the car
loosen and remove the bolts that hold the rear struts in place now the rear suspension arm are flexible, prise them down and remove springs, insert new spring now put the jack under the rear arms and slowely jack all up again and refit the bolts do the same for the other side

thats it unless i missed something

I did lowering springs on my old sierra hatch back and i thought it was a bit of a chew on. I had to cut the flexy brake pipe brackets off the suspension arms remove the bolts from the rear axle and use big long bars to lever the rest of the suspension down to get the springs in and out.
