Your probably needing to clean or replace one of your abs probes on the hubs. It could be dirt affecting the frequency being sent back to the abs module from the probe. Best thing to do its take them out carefully and give them a clean and refit job.
If that does not work think about replacing the faulty probe.

Sounds like ABS to me. As said, clean the sensors but be very careful when taking them out as they are delicate. When mine did this I had to replace the sensor but its very easy to do.
You could always disable the ABS for now by unplugging the 2 pin connector on top of the brake fluid reservoir but get it sorted fella.
