After stg 1 ya do need uprated plugs and as above its personnel pref realy on which type. 0.6 mm gap seems to work well. I run 1.3 bar boost with group A coil and race plugs at 0.6mm gap with no probs.

I use a 0.6mm gap with a group a coil, make sure you use the correct plug, it is far more important, I use AGPR12PP8 in up to and including stage 1, but above that a lot of people use 071's, but I use IK31's as they are much better, don't forget some decent leads too, such as MAGNECOR.

0.6 on Coil
0.7-0.75 on Coil Pack.
Running 071 and throw your PP8s away

I use IK31 and the shits keep fouling even with spot on fuelling!!
I think it is me driving it too easy to be honest as I never go over 2000rpm in the city where I can be for 3/4 hours!!
