What part of a saff is recommended NOT to polybush? Rear arms? Why?

Polybushe everything except the rear trail arms, reason fooks the ride up

Would the reason not to repalce the trailing arms with poly bushes, because that the trailing are are fitted with spherical bearings not rubber bushes?

So if the bearings are damaged eg too much play then replace them with standard items not poly bushes.

The Bushes are Rose Jointed so best to leave them as standard

I have always poly'd the rear arms, yet to find a arm with a bearing in it!!
Never not once had any trouble bushing here, but on the beam had masses of trouble with poly here, ie way too much vinration.

I had this problem going round my head for months .
I decided to poly the lot........seems fine


but lots of work doing the rear

I have fitted before a GGR axle tightening kit with escort std beam bushes(FORD) and I must say it felt a lot better than poly on there.
