Default idle problem

ok cant of strange in a way this got my car mapped at nms a couple of weeks ago karl done a top job i must say!!!! ever since she has idled abit fast around the 1100 rpm mark was not bothered at the time but it starting to annoy me.Yesterday i phoned nms explained and asked if it was ok for me to set the base idle(in case it messed with the mapping!)any way the ok was given just dont touch the co!fair enough ,so got the car nice and hot, disconnected the iscv and the idle speed did not change so this means the throttle is at is correct setting with regards to the tpsi.e ecu seeing 0v,correct??? so anyway i slowed to base idle down to around 800rpm reconnected the iscv the idle picked up and settled again to around 1100rpm no matter where i put the base idle when reconnecting the iscv is sits at 1100rpm so reset the base idle to the correct position i.e when u reconnect the iscv the idle does not change any thoughts on why the idle wont change is it something to do with the map???or does the tps switch need adjusting?it should not tho as when i had my first live map earlier in the year the set the tps !any thoughts

I had exactly the same problem, cured the air leak and still had the same problem and I have the NMS chip, can only improve it by richening the mixture, but I shouldn't. Still have no answer

Mine idled at exactly that speed when i had an air leak mate. Mine leaked from the standard dumpvalve, so i binned it in favour of a leak free blanking plug
