Both pipes are a real tight push fit mate, I had to cut down the side of mine to get em off, then just cut a cm off to give a good end again.
Soak em in hot water before refit as they are plastic inside covered in rubber, worked for me anyway.
There is a joint on return pipe just under power steering res, its up to you mine went ok.

Thanks, I'll give it try. I'm suprised that it's just a push fit with fuel pressure acting on it. I'm trying to fit a fuel pressure gauge, any ideas?
