i have heard many different thoughts on this, but as above i believe its just the amount of work to change the rear, some people say that its only the big bush that they renew as an oe ford item but put all the small ones as poly mate

Well worth doing the entire car imo.
When we had done the front I took it for a spin. Felt like the back was just hanging behind. Didn't feel as a "whole" if you catch my drift.
The day after we also did the back. The entire car felt different in a good way.
I am in the process of doing it all again. Only thing I don't have is a upgraded diff mount. I've seen the "group A diff munts" for sale but for what they are I think they're overpriced. I am looking into fabricating our own.

I know it has an impact
I didn't think it was too hard when I had it on my car when it was still on the road. But I guess that's a matter of taste.
Don't Cossie trailing arms have bearings in stead of rubber bushes like boggo Sierra's? I can imagine those are better than any bush.
