checked all the injectors, the wires to the injectors, changed the plugs,
checked the phase sensor, tempreture sensor, idle sensor, air sensor, even swoped the ecu from a friends car that was running fine...
no such luck...
HELP.....

Just a daft question. Have you checked the 3 black electrical connectors on the bulkhead just to make sure they have a good question. Its just a thought.

the injectors have a constant live and the ecu triggers the earth....

so it could be a possible case of a short in the loom and the injector wire is going to ground and constantly firing....

unplug the ecu and run a continuity check through the injector wires

happy days

found the problem. while checking for a good spark tonight in the dark,i had no.3 plug sitting on the rocker cover, turned the engine over and saw
a spark jump from the end of the plug lead, (where the plug sits into).
replaced the lead and everything is perfect.
now i'm going to have a shower, get in my car, and DRIVE...

didn't think a bad lead would cause the ECU to send a wrong signal to the injector...anyone have this problem before?????
