Default Thermostat Housing 2WD cossie problem

hi i have problem all the time with thermostat housing when I remove and I place again it loses water from under place,it need planing!any idea? look that!! i found it on ebay.au!!!!i can't found it now

dont think normal ones are two piece? mine certainly isnt but mines is the old style 2wd.

Try a smear of instant gasket on the mating faces, should help with the leak
