What oil do you run in your cos
what oil do you run in your cossies my car is totally standard 4x4 it done 113k engine seems sweet [only had 2 months] f/s/h done about 800miles since i had it just done oil and filter change genuine filter and 15-50 mobile one few of my mates use this oil but i aint to sure what you all think? [/b]

i have tried Mobil one motorsport, castrol RS and the new edge and now run silkolene pro S.
The oil pressure is a bit lower with the silkolene and it runs a bit hotter but doesnt seem to use as much as the other oils.

Valvoline 10W60 here, it stands heat a bit better than the castrol. Castrol burns (not in flames, but loosing it's oily properties) @ 124 degrees C and Valvoline @ 138 C. Driving trackdays, that could mean an important difference.

which oil?
i use 15/50 mobil 1 changed from using castrol rs 10/60 which dissapears fast and when you have to pay so much it gets annoying! TECH SPEC:15/>DRAG FACTOR/VISCOSITY /50>TEMP RATING.
