Is there any difference between the 2wd and 4x4 front Track Control Arms?

I think they are different lengths, but not 100% sure, just phone parts place to see if they have two listings.

anybody know if 2wd versions are the same as standard sierra ones? A few people have mentioned they are, just wondered if anybody here could confirm? Ford want 113 + vat for each arm

difrent fixing to hub,one has a pinch bolt ,one uses a nut on ball joint

Is the pinch and ball joint not the difference between 3 door and the other types of cossie? The 3 door using the nut and the rest being pinch? I'm not 100% on that, its just what i've been told.

Yes 3 door use NUT, and other all use a pinch bolt.
2wd cossie are are the same dimensionally as normal sierra arms, but have a beefier joint, getting pattern ones, you will get cossie spec ones as they only make(QH) one arm and it has to be as ford state for cossie stength wise as listed for cossie, but cheaper just to makle them all to same spec than two seperate versions.
I have used QH arms without problems for years, but had oe ford(cossie) arms wear out in three months.

Actually, I think you're wrong re. 3 doors.. i checked under mine last week and it was definately pinch bolt.

my 3door is also pinchbolt. but i've also seen 3doors with nut
lenghtwise they're the same. it just depends on your hub

Maybe your cars are not fitted with the correct original hubs ?
All three doors that I have seen as well as the two sets of hubs bought from them were nut fastening, I cannot say 100% because of this apparent fitting issue which is correct.
