Default Need ya help again 4x4 cossy still broken

Hi i still have probs with my 4x4 cossy. At first thought it was ECt sensor i fitted new 1 also new ATC and phase sensors, Ive put the orig map sensor back on and she still dies when warm thro over fueling. Ive checked all connections evan ones across bulk head. i just dont know what to do now so any advice would be great. cars running collins stg 3 baby board actuator and dump valve, greens, 3 bar map sens, rs500 intercooler. turbo after cooler, 1.3 bar boost. grpA coil race plugs.
Starts up fine and tick over ok till she gets warm then she just chokes and dies, wont start again til cooled down. But will start if i pull plug on ECT and put loop wire in plug, but after a couple of mins she dies again. Any ideas guys. cheers steve

Does it belch black soot when cold and start issing as you try and rev it when warming up ?
I would check your phase sensor CAREFULLY as if this is out it will massively overfuel all the time, the scribe mark on the dizzy body MUST be in the centre of the dizzy's shafts notch where the rotor arm sits.
If you have gone from stage one to three ?, this will allow it to over fuel a LOT more on three as they are bigger injectors, not so noticeable with yellows.

Hi no it not have black smoke on cold and seems to tick over ok until it gets warm then it wont rev up and chokes itself till it stalls. Ive not driven it as big worried to do that. Can smell fuel out of exhaust the whole time and i took a plug out and top of piston is well wet. I lined all timing marks up like tabatha said before and the notch on dissy shaft is a bit to the left of the notch on dissy body looking from the top. I can try moving dissy till notches line up. Thanks so much for advice as i just about cracked up with the f###er. cheers steve

The notch has to be dead centre, other wise it will go to full fuelling, all the time, certainly once on the move or revs picked up.
You can have almost perfect idle CO at 2.5-3% but chronic as soon as you lift the revs.

Hi reset the dissy so mark is bang in the middle of rotor and i did notice a slight differance in running evan at idle. BUT she still chokes and dies when warm the bast##d. Dont know C.O % as cannot get her to run long enough to drive to garage. Gunna try new map sensor then thats all new sensors, Maybe The leads from ECT or my ECU could be faulty just dont know anymore. What about TPS some people have trouble with them.
Cheers steve

TPS voltage can be checked easy enough, beware though that there are TWO wires of the same colour in th same bit of loom at the front of the plenum cover, one is for phase sensor, which will return 0.2 volts.
I am sure they are black/red, but don't have my diagram to hand, just look to see which wire colour is duplicated on phase and tps, then probe tps, you should have around 4.5 volts at idle, and slowly and PROGRESSIVELY decrease to around 0.5 volts at fully open.

Hi checked it last night and for 4x4 it works the other way, mine is 0.4 at idle and 4.5 at fully open which is correct to the ford tech manuel. So back to the drawing board for me. Will test resistences today in wires to sensors and ECU. Cheers
