Default Fuel tank strap

Hey fellas needin some advise need to change ma fuel tank on my saph cossie 2wd. Problem is the captive nut in the chassi leg has burst away and spining So how do i get round this problem ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????

ah the old problem shame it aint one of the other two just had my tank down can u not feel the captive nut with your fingers or is it fully closed in?did not look at mine as it come undone which was lucky

Grind it off, to get off then if you can weld a nut to a coathangar and feed through a chassis hole nearby until it is over the hole then tighten up.

Grind it off as above,then put a Riv-nut in the hole

Did all three of mine,spot on
