Default Saph starts then dies

When I start my Saph from cold, it idles fine, then dies (the revs drop/rise/drop then it stops). After 2 attempts it finally runs with no problems. When it's warm it hunts a little. Any ideas? Going to give the ISCV a clean.

Check your CO when warm as it is too lean by the sounds of it.

Would the revs go up and down if the fuel mixture was to rich when the engine is first started up.
