Default Reprod. of coolant water bottle for 3 door. Who's interested

Hello!

I've got my hands on a relatively good example of a coolant water container for the 3 door / RS500. Since I'm in a business that occasionally produces all sorts of objects in plastic materials I might have the chance of getting a small reproduction going. If anyone is interested ofcourse...

It will be produced with treads etc. but without caps.

I don't know the price yet, but it will be done in exactly the same material as original and will have the exact apperence.

If you could do it in a better material that would be even better, ie one that does not crack.
I think the oe one is POLYPROPLENE, is that right ?

That is totally right! But sorry, no plasticmaterial is good with warm water. Warm = like the water that comes from cooling a turbo.

Polyproplene is as far as we know still the best to use.

The owner died in november 2005 due to natural causes. (70+ years old.) Hardly ever used the car. (37851 km when I found it)

His name was:
Helmut Schischka, Wien. Delivered december 5th 1986.
Sadly I don't have the servicebook on the car. - I think it was served by Hammerschmidt(or so.) I bought it from Wolfgang Schachinger...

If you can think of any way I can get more information about my car from Austria I would be VERY glad!

I think I know the car...

And if yes, it WAS served by Hammerschmidt.

If you want - give me the vehicle identification number and I´ll try to get some information on service and repairs done to the car.

I can´t promise to find something, but I can give it a try!

I know a few people that would be interested in tanks (price dependant!) As far as i know you can get the caps and screw in sensor new anyway, so there would be little point in going to the hassle of reproducing those items.

So guys, havent heard anything new this week.
Since it is supposed to be "blown up" to get the right dimensions it is rather tricky to do, so don't get disapointed If I don't come back with positive results....

Does anyone know who did the original ones for Ford?
