The discs you mention are good, I use EBC YELLOWSTUFF, which is a track pad but works awsomely well on the road, even from cold it is perfect, little bit dusty but no noise either, I did not use the anti squeal shims supplied, and still have no noise.
You will not go wrong with these pads IMO.

A lot of discs for the Cosworths include Cosworth Tax try Rally Design who wont charge you Cosworth Tax and make very good disc and pads for a lot cheaper than most companies.

I found Nat Sport 8 groove and Ferodo DS2500 an excellent combination (Highly Recommended and about £175 from Woodford for pads & disks), that has stood up to track use, see sig.

I have used the DS range 2000/2500/3000.
They are not on a patch on the yellowstuff, which work from cold have loads of feel, which the ferodo don't.

Used DS perofrmance (2000) on my road car and are excelent.

DS2500 are very very good, ignore all the bull you hear about them when cold, i've found them perfect on 2 2wd cossies.

EBC's eat disks in my experience of Greenstuff, would never use them again.

Just grooved (8), not been impressed with cross drilled disks in the past (Blackdiamond) as they crack to easily.
The grooves are sufficent to clean the pad and remove gas buildup between pad and disk, reducing brake fade.
I would highly recommend braided lines and some 5.1 fluid if you haven't got them already.

i have had ebc green stuff pads and ebc discs on my 3dr and they were crap.took the car to the ring and they didn't even last 2 laps.
i spoke to martin at reyland motorsport and he said that black diamond discs with ferodo ds2500 pads along with braided brake lines work very well so that is what i will be getting very soon
