cosworth question?? Costs of things??
What are the approximate value of these parts, thinking of changing my 205 blocked pinto to a N/A 16v cosworth...
or... a std cosworth engine.
only looking for near enough to 200bhp at the fly and weighing up the costs of this between the pinto and cosworth lump.
so...
cosworth 16v head (std)??
cosworth 4-2-1 manifold (std)??
cosworth inlet+management (std)??
bottom end will be the same i should think? maybe a sump with feed for the turbo.
erm, if not failing that, a good running shell with cosworth engine in for streight swap (std)??
going for something different in my capri and heard the 205 block is the same as the cosworth lump
i found £1200 for a head modified to suit N/A with a nice high torque cam, would just need the exhaust manifold and run it on twin 45's
hmmm options options options
p.s. NOT going away from 2.0litre! gonna be a daily ish driver so... just no lol

You could buy a running Sapp Cos 2WD (off say eBay), take the engine out of it, then sell the shell with no engine (on say eBay) - and you'd get yourself the cheapest full Cossie engine ever.
