Default Problem with my water pump 4x4??

I have a problem on my cossie 4x4...I noticed that the fan, working overtime(continiously) and dont stop.....when the water temprature coming up,the thermost its start to open, and water coming to radiator, after a few minutes the fans starts, but not stop!!!!!
The weird is that when i touch the radiator with my hand its totally cold, but from the side that is the fan switch its totally hot!!!,and also the engine is very hot!!!!!
It seems to me tha the water pump not have the capability to recirculate the water from radiator back to engine....is it possible????I Dont know what to think...my radiator is new also thermostat new,the color inside the expansion tank is green(no rust),no problem with the level, always remain to max,no need for filling...
I cheked the thermost working properly....starts to open easy easy and let the water passing to radiator, but seems tha water not "moving"back to engine
Is it my water pump????fan switch why dont stop???radiator completely cold, engine very very hot...any suggestions??????

This may sound stupid, but if I remember correctly, there is what appears to be a pipe connection on the radiator that is actually blanked off (I can't remember if this is on the hot or cold side, nor if it is a feature of both 2wd and 4x4 raiiator end tanks). Check that you've not put one of the water pipes onto this blanked off "connection", or the water will not flow at all through the radiator (or the engine, for that matter).

I checked the water pipes its correct.
Also i changed again the fan switch, but dont stop....
The problem start when i put a new thremostat,i never had again this problem. The thermostat is original ford item..
So the reason that do not stop the fan, caused by the thermostat?????
I am thinking to put back the old one....

I put the thremostat correct way, same as it was my old one..
When i start the engine from cold its ok,after a few minutes when the teprature comin up tha fans starting..but dont stop, the only way to stop is when i turn off the key (remain one fan for a minute and then stops)
