Default coopers rings

Does Anyone any thing about coopers rings for example are there any benefits of using them?

Block needs machined to accept the rings.

Good method of sealing headto block on highpower engine but there are bteer ways nowadays. (WRC GASKET)

As above, very old skool imo and the top tuners that aint stuck in the past dont seem to bother nowadays now that gasket construction has improved. Still work very well tho...only as long as the maching is done correctly.

I had this on an engine i bought and the copper wire wasn't put in correctly and caused the head gasket to blow but i can see how it would be very good if done correctly as it will hold the gasket rings very tightly. I took mine out as i didn't want the same to happen again.

my car has coopers o ring only running stage 3 at the mo still
