Default Electrical problem

was driving along on Sun im the cossie (2wd ) and the battery light comes on, balls i think, then i notice the temp guage has stopped working, as has the rev counter and the fuel gauge...... when ignition is on i have no oil light or handbrake light, nor does the bulb out display work.... so im assuming its lost power for one reason or another.........

now the battery light doesnt come on at all and nor does any of the above still.

the car is defo charging and the battery is fine ( so is the fuse )

where do i start ?

cheers

The dimmer merely dims the panel lights.
I would check the battery earth first, all of them to make sure one has not snapped.
