When i went to remove the diff hanger i snapped the head off one of them bolts. So i went to drill it out and snapped 2 drill bits in the holes. , I can now only think of cutting a small section of the boot floor out to get at the crappy bracket thats inside the chassis, just enough to remove it and grip the stud with grips. Will this weaken any strength of the floor. i cant drill the bolt as the bits av snapped inside and makes aal me bits go blunt.

If I were you I would carefully mark around it and drill a series of small holes 4mmor so all the way around the snapped bolt/captive nut.
The to fix, you could weld a nut to a bit of metal and weld in or just bolt through the floor with a spacer the same length as the gap, this would be ok unless got mental power going through it.
Use COBALT drill bits and auto centre punch marks first.

Its stg 3, i reckon the only way is to remove the old bolt.
