Default -31 actuator question

Tell me plz at which pressure -31 actuator opens?
I think that the spring in my -31 is broken - it open at 0.5bar now and i think its a reason of low max boost of my stage1 sierra cossie.
Thanks.

It doesn't quite work like that.
If it has gone weak(spring) (?), then it may be knackered, or it just may not be adjusted right in the first place.
The more preload you have on the actuator the more resistance it will have to opening, so will build higher boost.
If it has suddenly done it it sounds knackered, try adjusting the rod to increase pre load, by lengthening it.

I lengthening it - 0.5bar is a maximum which I can achieve to open actuator. When it adjusted to 0.5 bar, engine have boost 0.6bar.
When I make it length more short - it only cut down of gate motion. And I may by this way(by abridgement the motion of gate) to achieve 1 bar, but only at 5-6000rpm(0.5 bar achieve quickly - to 2700rpm at that). Amal valve always have 12V at that test. When I take off the tubule from actuator cossie achieve 1.5bar very quickly(3200rpm)

Tell me plz what adjusting of actuator(what pressure) i need if I want to have a boost 15psi(at peak 17psi)?

i have the same symptom...i noticed that boost pressure not reach 1 bar
-the car is stage 1(31 actuator+chip+exhaust)
i never had this problem before, the boost pressure always reach 1 bar..
i checked the actuator and i noticed that start to open at 0.65 bar
is it need to short the length more?

Your boost valves may both be faulty if you have lost boost suddenly.
