HOW CAN I REMOVE CENTRE CAPS WITHOUT DRILLING, KEY IS NO USE
hi need some help my 3 door has been parked for atleasy 3 years and the wheel caps must have crodded from behind if sprayed them with wd40 the lot the keys keep snapping i do not want to drill the locks are there any sugestions? also has any one got a picture of the rear of the centre caps so i can see how it is locked ive never removed them since i got the car so might give me an idea to remove them

haven't got a picture, and it's not easy to describe, but they won't come off without damaging either the wheel, the cap or the lock
opposite the lock, there is a tab on the cap that goes under a lip in the wheel. the lock then does a similar thing on the other side. best wait for someone to post pics - mine is in germany so can't

not to sure as never tried to remove 3dr centre caps before but from an engineering angle you could try by inserting a key then instead of trying to turn the lock with the key which will onlylead to as you know the key snapping you could instead try tapping the lock round with a sharp pointed centre punch though it will mark and put a groove in the lock face, not garenteed to work though but is often successful due to the impact factor
