i recently put a ' group a' diff mount on mine. And yes imo it's deffo worth the extra cost over a standard new one. Much stiffer at the rear. When launching hard, no more that juddering of the wheels. Just rolling/spinning

i allready had front end uniballed, stiffer enginemounts and poly bushed the rear end. But still. Those 2 big beam mounts and the diff mounts, act like a triangle, now those 3 are taken care of and feels better. (could see on the old diff hanger, (a little pointy rubber thingy rubbed in the dirt/dust) that it used play around for over 2cm's) I also did my T5 mount for a fresh one.
Note this, i use the car mainly on trackdays.

greets

here's a direct link to the "group a" diff mount. these guys that make them are very active in the merkur community and are THE authority on merkur suspensions. i have one of these mounts and their poly beam bushings. my car no longer tries to swap ends when i hit the brakes. one of these will be going in the cossie sometime too.
