Default Clutch thrust bearing question

I've just bought a second hand 6 paddle clutch, it came as plate plus cover, but new items sell with a thrust bearing too. Will I just have to re-use the bearing from my existing standard clutch?

As jon@work says while it is all apart would be much better to fit a new one.
