Cossie 4x4 abs

Hi there has anyone came across the abs rings on the drive shafts on cossie crackin n causing the abs light 2 come on,n the abs not 2 work. Any help wud b appreciated.

I have seen some rusty ones with bits of the ring missing giving noisy signals and knocking abs out before, not just on cossies either.
