Default ABS sensor problem.... Help please asap

My ABS light has come on on my 2wd saff, does anyone have any tips or a quick method of finding out where the problem is. I know i could swap each sensor out but i was just wondering if theres a easy way.

Thanks all

you could pull them out an give em a clean as they get heaps of greasey
shit over them, which blocks the signal it reads from the abs ring or something it worked for me
in the past, worth doing as it cost ya nothing to start with, hopefully that
may fix it for ya.

If u can get hold of a multi meter. If u disconnect the abs sensors 1 at a time n u can check for resistance in the abs sensor. If u dont have any resistance the sensor is nackered. U can also jack the car up n spin the wheels check the sensors 2 c if they r creating a voltage at the sensor connector so u know that they r workin ok n there is on dirt or damage 2 ur abs teeth on ur drive shafts.

the kick back on the pedal is what happens when the abs is activated,
it supposed to do that

ok, the pedal should give you feedback when ya stab it hard on the brakes an lock them up. yes you defo have a problem if its doing that when ya just use them normally. if you abs sensors test up sweet
and there is no mechcanical problem with any ther parts of the
braking system. i would have the abs ecu checked out aswell as the
abs pump/motor
