Default idle speed

hi
i have noticed that sometimes my idle speed is slow to drop down to tickover once foot is took off acc pedal , i have checked that that it is returning correctly on the throttle pot , but it still sometimes ticksover around 11oo rpm then slowly drops to around 850 rpm , could this be the tps sensor faulty or needs adjusting ? or am i lookin in the wrong place??
cheers for any advice

Default idle

I would take off the idle controll valve and clean it out with carb cleaner. Thats what i did to mine and it sorted it. Its the round cylinder shaped thing near the throtlle linkage with a wiring plug on it.

I second that as a first measure.
The ISCV does not just idel but also ALL OFF BOOST UP TO 1800RPM or so, it is open, as it acts as a sort of transition device between low and higher throttle positions.
