The pedal part of the throttle cable is covered in the Sierra Haynes comic

The throttle body part of the cable is simple - I've taken mine off several times, just don't lose the clip that holds the cable on the linkage!

And, I think you'll find that the clutch cable's the same as the MT75 procedure in the Haynes comic - closest match would be in the red XR4x4 Sierra comic - I'll lend it you when I see you on Saturday

Easy one man job, just malke sure you attach the bearbox end first, then when you PUSH the RATCHET ADJUSTER FORWARDS it disengages the holding pawl, and then just push all the way and simply slip cable in, let go and a few pumps of pedal to adjust.

Yes easy as that, don't know the routing of the 4bee one as mine 2wd, but if cable on nearside of box wil be the same, passes under front of the engine and on top of the cross member, if I remember right.

The workshop manual doesn't explicitly mention replacing the clutch cable - except when removing the gearbox

Haynes comic will tell all.
