Default 4wd gearbox problem??

Hi got a saph 4x4. When i initially bought it, it was only running about 310bhp max and still is.
The gear changes and selections were fine for the first few months. Now slowly over the months its come to a point where i could hardly select 2nd and third gear when am launching and giving it some. Driving normal theres no problem but when you give it some it jst won't want to select gears very easily. You have to wait til the revs come down and bit then it'll engage into gear.

Could it be a box problem or some setting/adjustment on the clutch cable/rachet etc?

Ive got a spare box which i can replace it with but want to make sure if this one is knackerd 1st...

so any help/suggestion welcome

(oh running an alcon 6 paddle clutch btw)
thanks

syncro's are prone to go wrong on mt75's... if you're doing quick gearchanges all the time, you'll have probably fooked them!

tbh mate i havent checked/thought of that but i reckon its completly knackerd now as when i give it some beans its jst crunches into gear

RSCossieGaz: thanks for the offer mate but i got a box here jst a matter of getting it fitted

Jst another quick question when i change the box dont need to mess around with the clutch or anything (Got an Alcon 6 Paddle) or there anything else i should be changing/replacing when i change the box?

thanks
