no dash lights?

Default no dash lights?
my mates got a 2000e and the dash lights have jus dissapeared
as in they won;t light up
even the ignition lights don't wrok

any ideas?
there are no fuses blown btw

Check the dimmer switch, I know if its not connected the lights won't work, bit of long shot though only other thing is the lamps may have blown but I'd be a bit surprised if they all went at once.

As above.

Also check the plug on the back behind the rev counter - remove it and plug it back in again as this can often cause that to happen
