I've bought a Saph 4X4 with the following details:

1. Larger intercooler (from Scania truck it was custom made)

2. T34 with 360 bearing and A/R .63

3. I am driving without amal valve (replaced with bleed valve)

The Chip is made in Italy and have 280 written on cover


Please help me what boost should I run with the original 2 bar Map and original fuel Pump, now I'm running 0,7 Bar

Can somebody tell me how much bar fuel pressure can be done with the original Pump.

The standard fuel pump will deliver in excess of 10 bar, but htis has nothing to do with the BOOST from the turbo.
You seriously need to get the car on a ROLLING ROAD, if nothing else for a fuelling check, so adjustments can be made to fuelling.
If the chip is a 280bhp chip as it seems to be then it is on the limit for YELLOW injectors, the turbo if it has a 34 comp side as well as exhaust side will run at least 25psi.

I have the blue standart injectors and the standart Map, can I run more than 15 PSi (1 bar ) if i adjust the regulator and fix the pressure at 4 bar or more on idle speed

The chip will determine the boost and adjust fuelling to suit, if fuelling is not right, you will kill the engine very fast.
