Default help needed still got problem but now different

hello peeps,
i posted my problem i had with my 2wd cossie a few weeks back. thanks for all the help. strangely the problem dissapeared and i now have another one. when i switch the car off after driving it, and go back to start it up again it runs really rough splutters hesitates pops abit and seems to run really rich. sometimes it just wont start. and when it does it wont rev as if it is starving of fuel. idle is irratic. also on my secs monitor it comes up with an alarm saying coolent temp fault. temp too high. but when i read the temperature it seems fine. any ideas? coolant tem[ sensor?
cheers
