Hi there - recently aquired a 2WD 350bhp Saff. I'm looking for a reputable specialist garage in Essex who I can trust to take it to for repairs. Can get into north Essex or east London also if necesarry but preferred option ( coz I don't know if it will make it further!), is south Essex. Thx in advance for any advice much appreciated.

Tried them mate - as you say they are the obvious choice but i got some very suspect service - wouldn't use them again - wouldn't trust them with a push-bike. Just looking for a reputable trustworthy garage - don't even mind paying a bit over the odds for honest decent service.

General stuff really - got a couple of problems, low oil pressure biggest worry but might be guage - just looking for somewhere I can take my motor and not be ripped off. As I said - no problem paying for decent honest service - not too much to ask I hope!

i know a few people that swear by joe at gsmotorsport and i have been out in ronnie aims' cossie and that thing is perfect in everyway!so smooth and quiet and pulls well.
i would avoid engine advantages myself!
you could use tommy at field motorsport as well.good bloke and so iare his team down there

joe at gs motosport mate, he is the most trust worthy guy i know, he wont bullshit you, will tell you what needs doing and what not to do, wont try and fob you off with pointless parts for your car, goes out of he;s way to help anyone out a top bloke he built my engine and as bullett said for the spec it is, theirs not much that touches it lm know if you want his number

I can totally recommend ENGINE ADVANTAGES, I am sure there are others who won't rip you off.
It does not matter what tuner you choose to use someone will have a horror story about them, find one you are happy with.
Most horror stories originate from pillock customers, not bad tuners, but they certainly are out there.
I use EA, I was there recently with another man who is doing the cuurrent WRC cars(engines) for FORD, and I should imagine with thier budget they would not choose lightly!!
Having been to many RR I can honestly say Paul at EA, knows his stuff and could do these blindfolded, but it is your money.
