Default P100 conversion Q's

A mate is interested in converting his P100 to run cossie mechanicals, As far as I can see the front end of both cars is identical so problems there.

Will the rear end bolt up or will some fabrication be required to fit the rear beam?

Would the prop shaft be the correct lenght?

Do the P100's use the standard ford PCD for wheels?

P100 PCD is unique, to fords anyway, same as TRIUMPH and a few others but not many.
A lot of fabrication is needed as you are going from a live axle to to an axle with (semi) trailing arms, and IRS.
Prop will need stengthening with CJ13 joints.

Hi bud im currently converting a p100 iv finished the back axle and there is a bit of fabricating to do, you would need to shorten the p100 shaft to fit

or you could lengthen he cosi one but it could end up 2 long and twist if alot of power goes through it

I'm doing a P100 and im fitting efi to the pinto thats in it for now, but I have a couple of questions.

Are the feed and return lines large enough in the tank sender for the injection using a normal ford efi pump or if not is there a sender that will fit the tank with the right size in/out?

I'm using a Sierra engine loom, which I haven't got to connecting yet, but is the wiring there in the P100 loom for the fuel pump/ECU relays to the fuse box or do I wire it all in seperately as I would in a MK2 escort etc ?
