2wd cossie diff overhaul
Im currently stripping my diff to remove the viscous coupling so it can be reconned.
Having trouble moving the castled nuts that hold the viscous coupling in place. Is there a special tool to remove them? As they seem pretty tight and using a hammer and punch only seems to damage it!
Also one of the drive flanges seemed to have "in and out" play before i removed it.
Is something worn that needs to be replaced?
