you need to use a PF09 throttle position sensor, and, if using a 2wd loom, also swap the outer 2 wires that go to the sensor

You only need to swap the sensor outer wires if using a 4wd one, as wired reversed to 2wd.

You can EITHER CHANGE THE TPS or just swap outer two wires around, whichever is easier for you.

Im running an l8 on my 2wd and was told i had to change to a 4wd tps and change the outer wires top to bottom,because the 2wd tps has a different resistance,that was from msd.It runs mint

you must use the correct TPS for the ECU;

L6 = PF01
L8 = PF09

then if you have a 2wd loom you must switch the outer two wires going to the PF09,
if you have fitted a 4wd loom to a 2wd car with L8 and PF09 then obviously no wires need changing.

again if you fit a 4wd loom to a 2wd car with L6 and PF01,then you have to switch them round.
