National Sport 8 groove disks with Ferrodo DS2500 pads are a pretty good std size combination, available from Burton. Used them on track and found them pretty good.

I use drilled discs and find a massive difference over plain ones.
I use EBC REDSTUFF CERAMIC pads, used DS2000 they were awful IMO used 2500 for only a short while but did not like them as I do the EBC which work perfect from cold.

What do you think the disks from rallydesign? Have you used them on a track or road?

I would keep away from drilled myself due to cracking, a few grooves are all thats needed to reduce fade (allows gases to escape from between the pad and disk).
If you are doing any hard braking or track days Red stuff or DS2500.

I had poor performance and life from EBC so avoid them now.

heard a few bad reports bout EBC stuff now think i'll stay clear of them

is it worth me buyin a groved & proper make for the disc's? or just standard motor factor plain discs?
