Default Fit and tension tootheed belt

Hi,

What is the reason that procedure for tighten is :
"Working in a clockwise direction" ???

It is on an ECCENTRIC and the way to turn is clockwise to take up slack, other way will loosen.
Turn the eccentric adjuster till correct tension then use lock bolt in centre to lock it off.

If you adjust the tensioner in an anti-clockwise direction, the cam belt can rub on the thermostat housing, potentially causing premature failure of the belt.
