Its a fairly easy upgrade if you have the trailing arms to suit or mode yours.
I used the thicker escort bar and it made a noticable difference on tracks and very smooth roads.
But on very rough surfaces/ roads I found no rear roll bar was best.
I made alloy blocks to attach to shell as the 3dr is a different shape in this area.
The saph shell however has the fittings to take either rollbar.
Some new trailing arms from ford had the fittings for both inner and outer bar set ups.
