Forged zetec turbo engine - fresh built
it's a 2.0 focus black top engine, the block was from a mk1 focus ESP that had done 64k
It's was completely stripped to a bear block and was acid dipped and the bores we're checked and honed.
Has a brand new (ford) windage tray with a an-10 fitting welded on for oil return
Was then rebuilt will all new gaskets, (vitor reinz) best gaskets bought from Matt Lewis
It's has brand new malhe focus RS pistons (with the bigger 21mm small end bearings)
Forge con rods bought from Williams racing
brand new ACL race big and main end bearings (Matt Lewis)
Brand new genuine ford cambelt and tensioners
Has a 3 layer vitor reniz head gasket (Matt lewis)
The head is brand new 2.0 black top from a create engine with all new cams and valve stem seals (genuine ford) cost £350
It then had brand new up rated valve springs (devil developments - cat cams) cost £250
Everything is brand new and was only put in a car and test started so still needs running in.
Only reason for sale is needing the money, really don't want to sell as the project was near finished an I had been building it for a year.
Everything was built to a high standard and no cornners were cut,
was built for 450bhp but im sure could run more with the right parts
Price is £1450 ono
