end of an era, everything must go... :( - cossie stuff added
after much deliberation, have decided to give up on all my escort projects, usual story, lack of time and money means i cant see anything ever getting finished so it is with much regret that everything will now be going up for sale... 
have ploughed around £10k into this project plus have loads of other rare n unusual bits that ive gathered over the years, mostly series 1 stuff...
have started with a few bits on ebay:

800 sovs for the turbo mate, has cost me over £1200 to get it up to that spec...

Can i have more details on the head please mate, ie who did the work, what size the valves are. Have you any pictures of the ports ????.

ford discontinued this item over 7years ago
brand new virgin head that was built for x rally cars so the cast had a 75tho over face.
this retailed at £700 for the bare head. but this head has been reworked to a stage 4.
it has been measured to 50cc
it takes cozzie plugs
it has a kent cvh 35r high boost cam with anti pump lifters
isky double strength valve springs
oversized stainless steel sodium filled valves with 3 angle valve seats
bronze valve guiders
full gas flowed port and polished matching ports
it was built by an essex bloke whose name escapes me now, dave something or other, big noise in rally x, built up for around £2k, never used then sold on...
will get some pics of the ports next time im up the yard, next day or 2......

right, lol, management deal has fallen thru... decided he'd rather spend the money on his house....
so... have everything needed to convert to level 8 cossie management, includes:
standard level 8 ecu, never been chipped but has had the closed loop fuelling and wasted spark chips installed to run lambda sensor and coilpack £350
custom made by ryan @ car looms uk, engine loom for escort rs turbo (presume it'll work in a fiesta as well) includes all the relays etc, all labelled up for easy install, only 4 wires to be spliced in, also has diag plug which connects to powerchips ecu monitor £250
powerchips ecu monitor, no chips or scratches on fascia, perfect working order £300
custom made holder for the above so it sits in place of the centre dash vents £50
twin brand new ignition amps plus custom bracket £75
brand new sump with custom bracket for crank sensor (no need for all that 1.8cvh pulley malarkey) works off 4 lugs welded to original crank pulley, done by field motorsport £100
cam sensor plus custom bracket £30
polished efi inlet with face re-machined for cossie throttle body plus machined to accept all cossie sensors £75
cossie throttle body with custom silicone joiner to connect the 72mm tb to the 55mm charge carrier £50
remote housing for iscv (rare as rocking horse shite!!) £50
efi fuel rail with dark greens, converter tail replaces fpr for 88mm id fuel hose to remote fpr, aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure regulator £200
brand new gen ford cossie throttle cable should u wish to remote mount the throttle body as i'd planned to do, also have the escort auto cable (not gen) for use in the standard position £25

2x new cossie 2wd drilled n grooved front discs, 2x 4x4 front calipers, totally refurbed by big red, new everything, top notch coating, same as they use on f1 brakes apparently, set of 4 brand new ferodo ds2500 pads (£90 new) £275

hi m8t im desperatly trying to find a single coolant hose, it gos onto a nipple on the left hand side of the radiator and gos around back of engine underneath the inlet manifold its killing me cant find one think you might have one there ?? cheers man 'danny

Is there nothing in the scot-ads for breaking in Aberdeen? may have what your looking for but cant get near it until Friday/Saturday and in Inverurie, try smitsturbo on here as some of his crew up peterhead way might have what your after as pretty sure they were breaking up some rs's
