2.3 TURBO ENGINE RS2k *** LOWER PRICES ***
ENGINE
I4 RS 2.3 Turbo engine custom built by HT racing built for 400bhp plus
Ported & polished 2.3 head
JE pistons made in America (custom)
Arrow con rods,
Crank balanced with steel dowels added to flywheel fixing face
Only run on bench dyno at HT racing never been used in a car Sell £2700 NOW****** £2000******
*Brand new genuine Ford bonnet never painted (cost new £570) sell £380 NOW £80
*Baileys alloy header & power steering tanks polished then chromed so always shiny forever as these are a pig to keep clean in polished alloy. Cost £240 +£80 to chrome =Sell £260 NOW £200
Rear brakes Hi spec 328mm x 20 vented discs mounted on original drum disc centre
(one off) includes billet Hi-spec 2 pot callipers (WITH BRACKETS) (cost £508) sell £390 NOW £350
*Private reg plate on retention E I6V RS (EI6 VRS) (cost £599) Sell £599 inc assignment

*Mitsubishi EVO 6 gearbox & front LSD diff transfer box done approx. 8,000 miles (cost £1550)bell housing modified to
fit Ford I4 RS2000 (same as cosworth) NO adaptor! Has been alloy welded & CNC
machined by Coltec engineering aka Holbay engineering custom flywheel made for
I4 RS2000 plus doweled at the back of the crank to flywheel for extra strength
Gearbox with transfer box & prop Cost £1550 + machining & flywheel £775
= (Cost £2325) Sell £1800 NOW £1600
*Custom made FRONT DRIVE SHAFTS EVO inner to Ford outer. Plus Evo prop shaft cost £344
Sell £280 NOW £150
*EVO –RS rear LSD diff rare with drive shafts normal EVOs have a yaw control
(pump controlled) RS diffs are stronger & are sort after. Sell £1300
* AP RACING EVO organic CLUTCH brand new.Cost New £700 this will fit the custom flywheel to EVO box £500 NOW £400
*Vibratec GEARBOX MOUNTS x2 the front RS2000 gearbox mount. One I used for the front evo gearbox mount the other one for a front engine mount on a custom mounting plate (never used). (cost £195 each) Sell £150 each NOW £250 THE PAIR

The standard bolt pattern is old Ford bell housing so the I4 RS2k, Zetec, pinto. YB Cosworth. CVH will fit the gearbox
The exhaust manifold would not fit a Zetec & the pipes would not match the ports.

The turbo is a hybrid it was made by Turbo dynamics it was spec-ed for drift racing (instant boost) 400 bhp

I have too many project so need to cut down on them & concentrate on the others plus I have moved so need to build a garage I have the Escort in a shipping container in the rear garden. I have 6 vehicles so have to cut down on them.

Please finish it mate its a shame to break it.I was do an evo gearbox on my Volvo s40 t4 last yr but got rid of the car in the end.Nice to see the finished article

I stopped selling these parts as I could not find enough buyers for all the bigger parts to not just finish it myself. If I can find buyers for the engine a buyer for the transmission I will start making a list of buyers & if the larger items get buyers I will take deposit's & start selling it all as I have had interested people but over time

Hows it going mate. Im really interested in speaking to you about these parts you have.. in particular the rear subframe with everything on it. Diff prop mounts gearbox and possibly the engine and front shafts..are you on whats app ? I could pm you my number..???
